How Long Does it Take to CloseWe can move as fast as you need to. If speed is what you need, we'll find the right loan to meet the closing timeframe.

What are the Rates and Terms?If a doctor gave you medicine before give you an exam you probably wouldn't take those pills. We take time to get to know you and your needs first before we throw rates and terms at you.

What documents do I need to provide?We collect some basic documentation up front, a 36 month investment track record, your ID, entity documents and 2 months of bank statements. There are other documents that will be needed which varies by lender.
